Besserat de Bellefon Rosé Brut is an elegantly vibrant cuvée, crafted under the expert eye of Cellarmaster Cédric Thiébault. This champagne exemplifies Besserat de Bellefon’s refined approach to winemaking, marked by a lighter “liqueur de tirage” for a delicate, creamy effervescence. Soft pink with fine bubbles, this Rosé Brut offers an expressive nose and a vivacious palate, exuding notes of wild strawberries and red fruit. Crafted without malolactic fermentation, it showcases pure, fresh flavors and a lasting, sensual finish.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: A bouquet of red fruits, hawthorn, and lively spring aromas.
