Matured for 21 years, this single malt reveals a deep mahogany hue. On the nose, notes of sweet Manuka honey, maple syrup, praline, and grilled hazelnuts combine with the rich aroma of freshly tanned leather. The palate is a symphony of richly elegant sherry intertwined with raw Islay peat, complemented by bitter dark chocolate, vanilla, and coffee beans. Hints of Morello cherries and papaya add a fruity flair, while the finish is sweet, spicy, and mouth-warming, with lingering notes of oak spices, chestnut cream, and coconut.
