On the nose, discover very dry and slightly sulphury notes that give way to sweet dried fruits, raisins, and dates. The palate offers a mouth-coating sweetness with caramel, maple syrup, mixed candied peel, and sherry-soaked raisins. The long, sweet finish fades gracefully to honeyed cashews. Bottled at 49.3% ABV, this whisky retains its natural oils and nuances, being non-chill filtered and uncoloured, allowing the true essence of its cask influence to shine through.
