Initially matured in bourbon casks, this English single malt undergoes a transformative secondary maturation in Spanish hogsheads previously used to age Moscatel, enhancing the whisky with a rich, complex sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV with its natural color, this release embodies the depth and elegance that Filey Bay is renowned for.
