Glendalough Wild Rose Gin is an elegant, floral gin crafted to honor the memory of Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney’s mother, Rose. This pink-hued gin begins with rose petals from her garden and wild roses and botanicals from the mountains surrounding the distillery. Through vapor distillation and an infusion of roses post-distillation, this gin achieves an intense floral character that lingers in every sip.
 
Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright lemon and blood orange notes mingle with soft juniper and a delicate, aromatic perfume of fresh rose.
Palate: A unique blend of rose petal essence, bright berries, and Turkish Delight balanced with citrus and a hint of nectar-like sweetness.
Finish: Long and floral, with lingering notes of pink peppercorn and earthy spice.
