Brian Kinsman’s visit to the lush vintage apple orchards of Somerset sparked the inception of this groundbreaking whisky. Captivated by the rich heritage and the aromatic profile of Somerset Pomona—a delectable blend of apple cider brandy and apple juice—Brian envisioned a novel approach to whisky finishing. The result is the first-ever single malt Scotch whisky meticulously finished in Somerset Pomona spirit casks.
