The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Ochetti offers a sophisticated expression of Nebbiolo grapes, crafted from vineyards in the sandy hills of the Roero zone and the picturesque Langhe district. This wine, deeply rooted in history, was favored by the House of Savoy as early as the 1600s.
 
Aromatic and refined, Ochetti captivates with its vibrant bouquet of small red fruits and its velvety tannins. Its pale ruby-red hue and delicate yet persistent fragrance are complemented by subtle notes of forest strawberries and raspberries. The palate is beautifully balanced with a pleasantly bitter finish, delivering both lightness and fullness in each sip.
 
Crafted using traditional methods, the grapes are handpicked in October and undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. The malolactic fermentation enhances the wine’s smoothness, making it an elegant and approachable representation of Nebbiolo.
