The Lochlea Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is the third and final release in Lochlea's popular sherry-influenced Fallow trilogy. As a working farm distillery, Lochlea’s seasonal small-batch releases reflect the rhythms and happenings of the farm. This limited-edition single malt is matured in 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, showcasing the evolution of the distillery’s signature style. The liquid in this edition is aged one year longer than the 2023 release, providing a deeper, richer experience that marks the end of this celebrated trilogy. 
 
Bottled at 46% ABV, this non-chill filtered expression retains its natural colour, offering an authentic and full-flavoured profile.
 
On the nose, discover delightful baked apple and sweet medjool dates, while the palate reveals notes of manuka honey and nutty fresh malted bread. The finish lingers with rich buttery sandalwood oils and a hint of mixed peppercorns, creating a warm and satisfying sip.
