Nose: Pear syrup, fruit bon-bons, freshly-cut grass, and a hint of marmalade.
Palate: Layers of golden syrup, black pepper, rye bread, macadamia nuts, and a touch of cream soda create a wonderfully balanced mouthfeel.
Finish: A long, lingering finish with bright notes of orange and beeswax.
