Tres Tribus Cuishe Mezcal brings forth the unique character of wild cuishe agave, an extraordinary agave variety native to the region. Harvested after six to eight years in the wild, this mezcal embraces artisanal techniques from start to finish. The cuishe is traditionally roasted over oak chips, fermented naturally with wild yeast in underground wooden vats, and blended with spring water from San Pedro Tidaá, creating a mezcal with a complex and earthy taste profile. Double-distilled in copper stills, the final spirit is bright, herbaceous, and deeply layered with flavor.

 

This mezcal’s distinct profile boasts an intriguing balance of rosemary and tangy blue cheese notes, complemented by warm hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and citrusy orange peel. It’s an experience that invites connoisseurs to savor each sip slowly.
