Discover the Trinidad Vigia - A Top-Rated Cigar

Rated No. 14 in Cigar Aficionado 2016!

A Tribute to History and Craftsmanship

The Trinidad Vigia cigar is named after the watchtowers in the historic Cuban city of Trinidad, erected to oversee the lush sugarcane fields. The city itself, La Santisima Trinidad (The Holy Trinity), is a 16th-century gem listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located on Cuba's picturesque south coast.

A Legacy of Exclusivity

The Trinidad brand dates back to 1969, when it was crafted exclusively for diplomatic gifts, much like the renowned Cohiba. It wasn't until 1998 that these exceptional cigars were made available to the public, though in limited quantities, adding to their mystique and desirability.

Evolution of Excellence

Originally, Trinidad offered only one size: Fundadores. In 2003, the brand expanded to include three new sizes: Reyes, Coloniales, and Robusto Extra. This expansion came with updated livery and cigar bands, reflecting the brand's esteemed reputation. In 2009, the Trinidad Robusto T was introduced, further enriching the brand's diverse range.

Crafted at El Laguito

For several years, Trinidad cigars were meticulously produced at El Laguito, the famed Cohiba factory. Here, a uniquely fragrant and aromatic blend of medium-flavored filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone was perfected, ensuring each cigar's exceptional quality.

Tasting Notes

The Trinidad Vigia offers a well-balanced smoking experience characterized by earthy tones. The journey begins with rich truffle notes, gradually developing into a delightful nutty finish. This sophisticated flavor profile ensures a memorable experience from start to finish.

Explore the Trinidad Vigia and experience a top-rated cigar that embodies history, craftsmanship, and unparalleled flavor.
