Pale primrose in color, this wine offers captivating aromas of pear, peach, and a whisper of fennel, delivering flavors of ripe grapefruit, white peach, and a distinct wet stone minerality on the finish. Crafted in the Chablis style, this natural wine is minimally processed, preserving its authentic character. Occasionally, you may spot the appearance of harmless tartaric crystals or wine diamonds – a natural byproduct of our careful fermentation process.
